Su-Lin is an accomplished IP lawyer with expertise in trade mark disputes, patent filings, and cross-border IP strategies. She represents clients in opposition, revocation, and invalidation matters, and has been involved in notable cases before the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore.
Su-Lin obtained her LLB. from the National University of Singapore and her LLM. from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York. She is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a non-practising Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales as well as a Singapore Registered Patent Agent.
Su-Lin is experienced in handling trade mark opposition, revocation and invalidation matters at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, notably Technopharma Limited v Unilever PLC [2021] SGIPOS 11 and Monster Energy Company v Tencent Holding [2018] SGIPOS 9 (see at https://www.ipos.gov.sg/manage-ip/resolve-ip-disputes/legal-decisions).
