Tan Kee Leng is the Managing Director of KLTan LLC, previously the founder member of K L Tan & Associates which was established in 1988 to provide services in intellectual property law.
Kee Leng was a Board director of International Trademark Association (INTA) from 2008 to 2010.
She had also been active in the Intellectual Property Committee of the Law Society of Singpaore for many years and a Council member of the Institute of Singapore Trade Mark Attorneys (ISTMA). In 2005, Kee Leng was awarded the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) award for service to the community.
Kee Leng qualified as a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln’s Inn, London and was admitted as Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1979.
Since her admission, Kee Leng has been practising in the area of intellectual property covering patents, trade marks, designs and copyright and IP related transactional matters. This includes the filing and prosecution of applications to register trade marks, patents and designs, both in Singapore and abroad.
